Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is a regional hospital with a strong focus on quality care and patient experience. Our hospital offers a wide array of acute medical services in a comfortable and modern environment. With roots dating back to the 1950’s, our facility has been the close-to-home resource for high-quality health care services for seven decades. Through the years, we have continued to receive national recognition for our medical services and outstanding patient outcomes.

Located in the heart of Jasper, Indiana, we serve patients from Dubois, Pike, Spencer, Martin, Daviess, Orange, Crawford, and Perry counties, and the surrounding areas. It is our vision to be the preferred health care provider for the communities we serve. To accomplish this, we place the patient’s needs and priorities in high regard.
