If mailing a check, please make payable to: Memorial Hospital Foundation and mail to: Memorial Hospital Foundation | 800 West 9th Street, Jasper, IN 47546. You may designate your gift to a specific fund by indicating that designation in the memo line.

If you are interested in volunteering for one of the special event planning committees, serving on the board or hosting a community fundraising event of your own, please contact the Foundation at mhf@mhhcc.org.
Donations may also include estate planning tools such as charitable trusts, gift annuities, gifts-in-kind, bonds, mutual funds, real estate and other types of estate gifts.
The Memorial Hospital Foundation is honored to provide a complimentary benefit to community members, by inviting them to meet one on one with an experienced charitable and values-based estate planner from Thompson & Associates to create or adjust their estate plan. Johni Hays, an attorney from Iowa who represents Thompson & Associates, visits the Foundation’s office monthly.
If you choose to take advantage of this service, Johni will work with you over 5-6 sessions to compile a package that best suits your needs, which can then be taken to your own tax advisor or attorney to complete the process.
