Why Memorial
At Memorial, you will experience a very unique culture that reflects Hoosier
hospitality at its finest! Our mission of “Being for Others”
is contagious and you feel it the moment you step foot in our community.
Genuine camaraderie and community harmony is felt throughout. We provide
an environment that nurtures relationships, cultivates talent, and supports
our caregivers. Our patients and caregivers are like our family. Not only
do we take care of them in the office, we see them in line at the grocery
store, at church, and at our children’s schools. Most of us live
in or near the area, which certainly strengthens our commitment to each
other and to the health and well-being to those we serve. The Memorial
service area is home to excellent public and parochial schools, our very
own arts & culture department, recreational sports teams for children
and adults, and four seasons full of annual festivities and traditions.
Work-life balance is easier at Memorial because our communities offer
something for everyone, without all the traffic and stress that come with
living in a bigger city. As a Memorial provider, you can practice big
city medicine with the conveniences of a small-town lifestyle. While we
strive to provide you with the latest and greatest in technology and medical
resources, you will enjoy a broad scope of medicine with plenty of opportunity
to foster your purpose!
