Stephen Sample, MD is a member of the active Medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Dr. Sample received his medical degree at University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed a residency in emergency medicine at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Consortium in Texas. He is board certified in emergency medicine and a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
