Are you planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant or have an infant less than 18 months old? The Healthy Start Communities that C.A.R.E. team at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center offers free education and resources in English and Spanish to eligible women, fathers, and infants. Some of the services include education and support groups for before, during, and after pregnancy, infant safety, pregnancy planning, and mental and emotional support through home or office visits and check-ins. In addition, incentives for enrolling and completing program milestones include free diapers, wipes, sleep sacs, and more! No referral is needed. Contact us today!
