Dr. Michael Johns Appointed to Memorial Hospital's Active Staff

Jasper – Hospitalist Michael Johns, M.D. has joined the Active Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. A hospitalist is a doctor who works exclusively in a hospital focusing on the general medical care of hospitalized patients.

Dr. Johns received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a residency and internship in family medicine at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA. Dr. Johns is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and most recently served as Senior Medical Officer at the Naval Health Clinic in Millington, TN.
