Join Kelsey Neuhoff, Licensed Social Worker, as she discusses healthy ways to cope and manage stress, anxiety, and depression during “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay.” This free presentation will be held on Thursday, September 14, from 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. at the Martin County 4 H Building. A meal will be provided.
Neuhoff attended the University of Southern Indiana where she received her bachelor of social work, master in social work, and master in public administration degrees. She has worked in a variety of settings including working within the school system with students, group homes, and for the past 2.5 years, with Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Her current role at Memorial Hospital is part of the HRSA Mental Health Expansion Grant Program. This program focuses on providing acute mental health therapy for those in the outpatient primary care offices in rural areas such as Martin County and Orange County.
