Yoga Fitness is a total mind-body workout for cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, muscle balance, relaxation and breath work. Appropriate for all ages with at least a beginner fitness level. Required equipment: water and comfortable clothing.
 

Wednesday, August 14, 21, 28.  For all 3 Classes pre-registration is required. "Bee for others! Bee well!" MHHCC employees do not need to send payment.
