Yoga Fitness is a total mind-body workout for cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, muscle balance, relaxation and breath work. Appropriate for all ages with at least a beginner fitness level. Required equipment: water and comfortable clothing.
 

 For all classes pre-registration is required.
