Kevin Lusk, M.D.

Kevin Lusk, MD is a member of the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.  Dr. Lusk is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Lusk completed his residency at Community Hospitals in Indianapolis. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice.
