Charlotte Stephenson, FNP-C

Charlotte received her associate degree in nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana, and her bachelor degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She graduated with her family nurse practitioner degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
