Memorial Health St. Charles Open House

Jasper, Ind. – Join the Jasper Chamber of Commerce at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21 for a blessing and ribbon cutting at Memorial Health St. Charles, located at 1950 St. Charles Street in Jasper. Following the ribbon cutting and blessing, the public will be invited to take a tour of the new office, meet the health care providers and staff, and enjoy refreshments and giveaways. The open house will go until 6:00 p.m.

Certified nurse practitioners Wendy Mote and Jessica Zehr are providing primary care services at Memorial Hospital's newest clinic, Memorial Health St. Charles. The office is located in suite 5 of the St. Charles Medical-Dental Complex. Nurse practitioners can treat illnesses such as strep throat, ear infections, sinus infections, bacterial eye infections, etc; diagnose and treat conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, and injuries; provide preventative care; prescribe medications and other treatments; and perform women's wellness exams including breast exams and pap smears.
