Dr. Anwar to see Patients at Memorial Health Washington

Washington, Ind. – Medical Oncologist Karim Anwar, M.D. will begin seeing patients on September 12 at Memorial Health Washington. This is in addition to his services at Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

Dr. Anwar received his medical degree at King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut and completed a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at University of Massachusetts School of Medicine in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is board certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. He joined the Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center in 2012.
