Details:
Using current research on baby behavior, our class instructors will help you better understand your baby. Some of the topics include infant sleep, feeding cues, and crying. This class is highly recommended before the birth of the baby, however, it is also helpful within the first 1-2 months of the baby being born. This class is FREE for moms who delivery at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. $15.00 for any mom not delivering at Memorial Hospital. Only the mom needs to register. Spouses and/or support persons are encouraged to attend as well.
This class is located in:
Board Conference room B/C. This is located in the lower level of the hospital-around the corner from the cafeteria. Enter the main doors of the hospital, take the set of elevators right as you enter to the lower level and follow the signs.
Due to COVID 19, all participants will be screened prior to admittance. Please only bring one support person as we will be social distancing. All attendees should wear a mask and will have temperatures taken.
Please do NOT attend if:
In the last 72 hours you or your support person have:
-had a fever of 100.0 or higher
-developed new respiratory infection symptoms, such as shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, sore throat, etc.
-experienced new onset of two or more of the following: chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, or loss of taste or smell.
Or, in the last 14 days have you or your support person:
-been in contact with a known or suspected positive case or coronoavirus without the appropriate PPE?
-had a family member with symptoms, notified that they were a close contact (within 6 feet) of a known positive case of coronavirus?
