Yoga Fitness is a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance, relaxation and breath work. Appropriate for all ages with at least a beginner fitness level. Required equipment: water and comfortable clothing.

Wednesdays, January 8, 15, 22, 29: Classes Pre-registration is required. "Bee for others! Bee well!" MHHCC employees do not need to send payment
