What screenings will be included?

• Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol Ratio; Blood Pressure; Blood Glucose; Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Cholesterol and Chemistry tests.  Any optional tests (PSA, colon kits, TSH, CBC, and A1C) will be free for all insured employees. Uninsured employees must pay for additional testing at the time of the screening, either by cash, check, or credit card.

Do I need to fast?

• Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed.
• Drinking water is permitted.

How long does it take?

• About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 10 minutes.
