​​​​​​Basic Screening Includes:

• Basic Screening includes height, weight, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, cholesterol ratio), chemistry panel tests, glucose, and tobacco status.

Available Additional Testing:

• PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer.

• TSH (blood test)

• CBC (blood test)

• A1C (blood test)

• Colon cancer take-home screening kit. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older.

Drink plenty of water the day/night before the screening and morning of screening.

• FAST for 12 hours. Do not eat or drink anything, except water, 12 hours prior to your Health Screening appointment time.

• If you take medication or have a medical condition, please consult with your doctor before fasting 12 hours. If you have a medical condition that requires you to have an early morning appointment time, please let us know!

• Take ALL prescribed medications as directed by your doctor. Take the prescribed amount at the time your doctor has recommended.

• Online registration will be unavailable 24 hours prior to the start time of Jasper Chamber Health Screening.
