What screenings will be included?

Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol Ratio; Blood Pressure; Blood Glucose; Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Chemistry 12 Panel, Lipid/ Glucose Panel and any optional additional testing.

An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer.

An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older.

An optional CBC blood test will be available.

An optional TSH blood test will be available.

An optional A1C blood test will be available.

A personal health risk assessment will be provided for you on-line or in a paper version.

Do I need to fast?

Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.)

Drinking water is encouraged and permitted.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.
