Dubois County Health Screening - Make-Up Screening

Details:

What screenings will be included?

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. Optional CBC and TSH blood tests will also be available.

Do I need to fast?

Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.
