What screenings will be included?

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. Additionally, an optional Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) blood test, Complete Blood Count (CBC) blood test, Hemoglobin A1C blood test, and Body Fat Analysis test will be available.

When/Where? Wednesday, May 3rd 08:45—10:00 a.m.

Do I need to fast?

Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.) Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.

    Please register with your first and last name that is registered on either your Driver's License or an ID.

    What does it cost?

    The cost of the basic screening and all additional tests (TSH, CBC, A1C, PSA, Colon Kits, and Body Fat Analysis) will be paid by the company for all insured employees.
