What screenings will be included?

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. A personal health risk assessment will be provided for you online. Additionally, an optional Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) blood test, Complete Blood Count (CBC) blood test, Hemoglobin A1C blood test, and Body Fat Analysis test will be available.

    Please register with your first and last name that is registered on either your Driver's License or an ID.

    What does it cost?

    The cost of the basic screening and all additional tests (TSH, CBC, A1C, PSA, Colon Kits, Body Fat Analysis, and PWPs) will be paid by the company for all insured employees.
