What screenings will be included?
Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry Tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional take-home colon cancer screening kit is available as well. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. Optional tests such as A1C, CBC, and TSH are available as well.

Cost of Screening: * FREE for all Insured Employees, Insured Spouses, and Insured Retirees
*$40.00 for all Non-Insured Employees, Non-Insured Spouses
Cost for Optional Tests: PSA Blood tests-$21.00, TSH-$13.00, CBC-$13.00, A1C-$20.00, and Colon Kits-$9.00
Do I need to fast?
Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.)
Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.
