What screenings will be included?
Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. Further blood tests include Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Complete Blood Count, and Hemoglobin A1C. Additionally, Body Fat Analysis tests are optional.
Who is it for? Insured Employees, Non-Insured Employees, Insured Spouses, Retirees and their Spouses, Directors and their spouses
When/Where? Thursday, April 28th, 2022 from 6:00 a.m.—8:00 a.m.
Do I need to fast?
Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.) Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.

How long does it take?
About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.

Basic Screening: Free for Insured Employees, Non-Insured Employees, Insured Spouses, Retirees and their Spouses, Directors and their spouses
PSA blood test: $21 (optional for men)
Colon Cancer detection kits: $9 (optional)
TSH Blood Test: $13 (optional)
CBC Blood Test: $13 (optional)
A1C Blood Test: $20 (optional)
Body Fat Analysis: Free (optional)
