What screenings will be included?

  • Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older.

  • Friday, April 8 - 5:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. - Jasper Middle School
  • Monday, April 11 - 5:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - Jasper Elementary
  • Tuesday, April 12 - 5:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - Jasper Elementary
  • Wednesday, April 13 - 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. - Jasper High School
  • Thursday, April 14 - 5:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. - Ireland Elementary

Do I need to fast?

  • Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.) Drinking water is permitted and is highly encouraged.

  • To monitor improved health from year to year.

How long does it take?

  • About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.
