What screenings will be included?

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol Ratio; Blood Glucose; Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Cholesterol and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. Optional CBC, A1C, and TSH blood tests will be available as well.

Who is it for? Insured Employees, Insured Spouses, and Insured Dependents

When/Where? Friday, January 7th—8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. in the conference room

Do I need to fast?

Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.)

Drinking water is permitted.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes. Appointments will be made every 15 minutes.

    Company will pay up to $13 in any additional testing. The basic screening will be free.
