Dale, Ind. – Advance Care Planning is about taking time now to understand future health care choices and to state your preferences in case you are not able to make these decisions for yourself in the future. Dr. Jeannie Gruber of Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Santa Claus Family Medicine will present a free educational event, “The Importance of Advance Care Planning,” at Willowdale Village on Friday, February 21, at 2:00 p.m. CT.
Dr. Gruber received her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and completed a residency in family medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Willowdale Village is located at 404 W. Willow Road in Dale. Deadline to register is Friday, February 14.
