Health screening is for ages 18+

Basic Screening ($45):

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight,

Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test

Additional Testing

PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen): $22

A1C (Blood Sugar Test): $20

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone): $14

CBC (Complete Blood Count): $14

Colon Cancer Detection Kit: $9

Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile, Chemistry tests and all additional lab testing.
