5:00 - 6:00 p.m.Cost is $5 per class.
Power60 is a complete fitness class that will improve your endurance and strength in all major muscle groups. Workout will include anything from interval style workouts to performing sets and repetitions that will target your upper and lower body.

Description: Yoga Fitness is a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance, relaxation and breath work. Appropriate for all ages with at least a beginner fitness level. Always consult with your physician before beginning an exercise program.

Required Equipment: Comfortable clothing, water, and yoga mat (Optional as we strongly recommend that you bring your own mat).
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in, fill out a punch card, and fill out any forms prior to class.
