Kathleen Flanagan, MD is a member of the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. She is board certified in ophthalmology. , Dr. Flannagan received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She has completed extensive training in oculoplastic, orbital and reconstructive surgery and specializes in cosmetic, corrective and reconstructive procedures of the eyelids and upper face.
