Joseph Manning, MD is a member of the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. A native of Washington, Indiana, Dr. Munning attended the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, and completed his three-year residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
