Dr. Vaughan received his medical degree at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia, and completed a residency in emergency medicine at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is on the active staff of Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.
