Charles A. Tollett, Jr., M.D.

Charles Follett, Jr., MD is a member of the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.  Dr. Tollett earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also completed his internship and General Surgery residency programs. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Tollett is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgery.
