What screenings will be included?

Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. A PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men. An optional colon cancer detection take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. In addition to blood draws, TSH, CBC, A1C, Vitamin D, Hepatitis C, and Wide-Range C-Reactive Protein levels are for testing as well.

Wednesday, September 3 08:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Princeton)

Thursday, September 4 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Huntingburg)

Friday, September 5 07:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Huntingburg)

Do I need to fast?

Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.) Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes. Appointments will be made every 10 minutes.

What does it cost?

The cost of the basic screening and all of the tests will be paid by the company for all insured employees and insured spouses.
