Signing up will register you for the entire month. Please email lmorris@mhhcc.org with any questions or cancellations for a class.
Description: Yoga Fitness is a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance, relaxation and breath work. Appropriate for all ages with at least a beginner fitness level. Always consult with your physician before beginning an exercise program.
~ Masks are to be worn into the building until class starts ~
Sign-up Instructions: Pre-registration is required each month
~ Max capacity for this class is 12 participants ~
Date: Every Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise noted.
Time: 6:45p-7:45p EST
Cost: $30, unless noted otherwise on the Fitness Flier
MHHCC employees do not need to send payment.
Please show Employee ID badge prior to the start of class.
Required Equipment: Comfortable clothing, water, and yoga mat (Optional as we strongly recommend that you bring your own mat).
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in, fill out a punch card, and fill out any forms prior to class.
