    What screenings will be included?

    Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Cholesterol Ratio; Blood Pressure; Blood Glucose; Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Cholesterol and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional TSH screening, an optional CBC screening and an optional A1C (blood test) will be available. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older.

    Free infant weight checks available every Wednesday from 9-11 am with Memorial Hospital's lactation consultants.

    Lactation consults available by appointment if needed. 812-996-0383

    Enter the main entrance of the hospital. You will be screened at the entrance. Signs will be posted directing you to the 1st level conference room (across from outpatient lab).
