    Uebelhor and Sons (Vincennes)

    What screenings will be included?

    -Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older. The health screening will also have additional optional test which include CBC, TSH, and A1C.

    Signing up occurs the 1st Thursday of every month!

    When you sign up for the 1st week, you sign up for every Thursday in that month.

    Class is $30 per month.

    This payment is processed on the 1st week. Memorial Hospital employees are waived from this fee.

    Max capacity for this class is 14.

    Registration will close 24 hours prior to class

    In this style of yoga we flow through a fluid sequence of poses that link breath with movement helping build strength, flexibility and balance. We move, focus on our breath, stretch and rest. All levels are welcome.

    Class is $5 per class, however, it is payed based on a monthly subscription.

    4 weeks in a month = $20

    5 weeks in a month = $25

    This payment is processed on the 1st week. Memorial Hospital employees are waived from this fee.

    Max capacity for this class is 10.
