The February class is entitled "Praying with our Five Senses". Our senses are the primary way we interact with the world--that is, by touch, taste, hearing, sight and smell. This is how we allow what is outside us affect what is inside us. During this class, we will discover the marvels of our body as we become aware and pray with our five senses. Through these senses we experience a sensory synergy, which rises out of being rather than doing. In that heightened sensory awareness, there is the sense of God's grace. There will also be options for praying with each sense and scripture references as well. The May class is entitled " Seeking God's Guidance When Making Decisions". Are you making positive and life changing decisions? How do you discern what is right for you now? During this session we will define discernment with its qualities and cultivate the skills necessary for discernment. We will learn the process of making life-giving decisions. This will allow us to discover how we might best respond to various situations in our daily living.
