"Creating Hope" is an Indiana-based, non-profit organization that uses creative expression as a coping mechanism for patients with cancer. These sessions are designed for cancer patients, families, and caregivers. Art materials and an instruction book are available at each session; no previous art experience is needed.

This class helps to improve cardio-respiratory fitness and muscular strength in one workout. Participants will move to various stations throughout the class with each station utilizing different exercises and equipment such as steps, exercise ball, bands and weigths will be used to provide variation to the stations.
Circuit Training 55+


Location: Hospital Board Conference Room B/C. These classes are FREE for moms who deliver at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. You do not need to confirm your reservation.

This class is designed to give valuable guidance and current recommendations for not only a successful pregnancy but a smooth transition to that critical time after the birth of the baby. While the class is geared for expectant moms and their support person before the 6th month of pregnancy, the class can be attended and found useful for expectant parents regardless of what stage of pregnancy. These classes are FREE for moms who deliver at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. You do not need to confirm your reservation. Class fee is $15.00 for anyone not delivering at Memorial Hospital. Please register only the Mom's name.

This American Heart Association course provides information on how to manage illness and injuries until professional help arrives on the scene. The class consists of four core modules: General Principles of First Aid, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies. Skills taught include adult and infant CPR, AED use, and relief of choking in adults, children and infants. In order to receive a course completion card, participants must pass a written first aid test and a skills evaluation in CPR and AED.
