Class offers prenatal preparation and guidance for breast-feeding. This class is FREE for moms who deliver at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. $15.00 for any mom not delievering at Memorial Hospital. One-session class that is FREE for moms who deliver at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. You will receive an e-mail class confirmation regarding payment, it's standard messaging response for all our classes. It is recommended that both mother and the Spouse or support person who will assist the mother attend the classes as support is key to breast-feeding success.

This support group allows caregivers to come together to share knowledge and experiences in caring for loved ones who are affected by these illnesses.

This breast-feeding support group is hosted for moms and their newborns. Subject areas include weight checks, mom-to-mom support, and mom and baby transitions at home such as pumping and returning to work and adding solids.

This program provides information and cosmetic advice to women battling cancer. Training includes hands-on instruction on makeup, skin care, and suggestions for using wigs, turbans, and scarves. Tips for nail care while undergoing cancer treatment are also included. Facilitated by trained, licensed cosmetologists who are American Cancer Society volunteers.

This American Heart Association course provides information on how to manage illness and injuries until professional help arrives on the scene. The class consists of four core modules: General Principles of First Aid, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies. Skills taught include adult and infant CPR, AED use, and relief of choking in adults, children and infants. In order to receive a course completion card, participants must pass a written first aid test and a skills evaluation in CPR and AED.
